Peloton - Indianapolis

"I bought my peloton around the first of December, I received the bike 2 weeks later, no screen or plug in. I called them 4 times because they kept hanging up on me. I told them I didn’t receive the screen or plugs in. 2 weeks later I get a call at 7am letting me know they are waiting on my porch with ANOTHER Bike. I let them know that I already have the bike and just need a screen and plug in. A week later my screen was shipped. The screws wouldn’t go into the bike stand so I waiting online in the live chat ….182. Once I was connected they let me know in 24-48 I’ll get a call and a service technician will assist me, it’s been a week, no call or email. I really want to like peloton, but their delivery and customer service is terrible."

Darrius thoroughly explained to me the differences between the Peloton Bike and Bike+, and clearly illustrated both bike's features. Darrius was extremely polite and professional; he was a pleasure to work with on purchasing my Peloton bike. I highly recommend asking for Darrius when you go to the Peloton store."

Furthermore, he takes pride in answering questions you think you may have before you have the ability to ask them, making him very proactive on the floor. Second, He cares about YOU, the consumer! If you live in the Indy area and plan on purchasing a Peloton, please ask for him to assist you."

"I am not surprised to see the 2 star ratings. Mediocre company and delivery. STOP TAKING ORDERS IF YOU CANNOT FULFILL THEM. I ordered a bike in late October 2020. I was okay with the initial almost 8 weeks waiting time due to the pandemic. After an initial delivery date not honored I was rescheduled 3 TIMES. Their "shipping partner" would confirm delivery via email/text the day prior, only to call me on "delivery day" to casually let me know I've been rescheduled. The last guy who called me, confirmed my name/address and HANG UP right after dropping that I've been rescheduled again 3 weeks down the road. Needless to say, I canceled my order. Just ordered a NordicTrack."

"When I arrived, I was delighted to see an abundance of precaution taken for the current COVID-19 pandemic. Already I felt more at ease shopping here. While shopping, the staff was incredibly knowledgeable about not only their products, but their competitor's products also. They were in no way "pushy" to sell the product, but still answered all my questions and then some. Overall, the customer service was fantastic and I would recommend coming in if you're on the fence or need some questions answered."
