"While I understand things happen, it’s been nothing but problems with school and now sport pictures. Got school pictures with my son having snot running out of his nose for his kindergarten, and now they failed to get a single shot of my son’s first year in basketball. Really hope Greencastle schools get a better company next year cause this is old and aggravating. Firsts are a big deal to me and they have now ruined 2 of those images for my family. Highly disappointed"

"Got my son’s photos but sadly my daughter’s didn’t come. We wrote two checks (both cashed and cleared our account) yet no pictures for her. My husband tried calling and left a voicemail with no response three weeks later. I called two days after his call and spoke to someone who said they had to “pull my daughter’s order” and would call me right back that same day. It’s now two weeks later and no response. I’ve tried calling again and had to leave a voicemail. Never ordering through these people again. Clay community schools need to find a new contracted photographer!"

"The last 4 years my child has been in school in Greencastle, the picture date on their order packet has been incorrect. We've just had to guess what day picture day is. Spring pictures were the worst his kindergarten year. I paid for an expensive package, bought an outfit to match the background I chose and they photographed him with his face covered in chocolate. PLEASE PROOFREAD YOUR ORDER PACKET FLYERS BEFORE HAVING THEM SENT OUT. If these were just free photos it wouldn't matter what they looked like but we're paying hard earned money for not very good photos and never knowing what day photos will be taken."

"They never seem to care about elementary school photos. The students are rushed to hurry and get through everybody. I have never had any issues with my kids pictures until we moved to Knox county. Pettit & Associate’s Photography needs to step up their duties to make sure our children are “picture ready.” It seems the photographer was lazy and didn’t want to help the kids collars, hair out of their eyes, etc. With the prices parents/guardians pay for school pictures, the photographer’s need to do better. I haven’t been happy the last two years with them and I will not be purchasing from the company anymore and neither will my friends and family. I’m done wasting money on new clothes, hair fixed up, etc for my kids pictures to not be really good. I can take pictures with my phone better. Just saying. I strongly do not recommend."

"My son is currently at Terre Haute North High school Prom. My son informed me that photos were VERY expensive. I told him my idea of expensive and his are two different things when it comes to things like this and Informed him that I was open to 200.00-300.00 for photos. Expecting to be able to buy photos with my credit card. He then informed me that it was Cash only!!! What???!!! Seriously this company is going downhill so fast and I feel screwed out of memories. What parent sends their kid out at night with that much cash now a days? This company needs to be removed from Vigo school services they apparently are not the professionals they thought."
