"I would give this place one star if I could. Mental health services is absurd. They would not give my wife a refill on her prescription that's she's been on for years because her appointment was a month out. This is causing an abrupt stop thats causing a deep depression. It's going to take months for her to stabilize. There's a special place in hell for this place."

"Ok, so after almost two years with Dr. Sinclair I feel like I can give an honest review of my experience so far. SO, as far as Sinclair goes, there is no one better in my opinion. He is caring, respectful and educated. He is the type of person you walk away from and the rest of your day is a little brighter. However, the office staff? Oh lawd hammercy. It's a hot mess express. No one knows what's going on. Seems like no calls to the nurse line is documented, ever. I needed to be in his refill clinic and the nurse made me an appointment but for two months out and reassured me that I would be able to get refills even though my appointment was two months away. Found out that she made me an appointment with someone else (whom I've never seen) instead of Sinclair AFTER I requested refills through my pharmacy and got a call from the nurse saying that I couldn't because it was time to make an appointment. I told her I was scheduled and she told me it was with someone else so magically, she got me in the very next day with Sinclair for the refill clinic. Phew, that's just my recent experience with the staff. Lol Anyway, I highly recommend Sinclair and I'll follow him anywhere he goes. My quality of life has just overall been better since he has been my doctor. I have switched medications soooooo many times to find the right med combo and he has been there in the trenches with me through it all. 11/10 stars!"

"This is the worst place you could take adults or children that need compassionate care. They are always switching PNP's, Dr's, PA's . They don't hear you when speak. All they do is get you in and get you out as fast as they can."

"If I could give it a zero I would. We tried this place years ago and it would take up to 6 months to see a doctor for medications. My daughter recently attempted suicide and the hospital referred us back. I called at 1230 and told them I was going to be a few minutes late. The lady on the phone said it was ok. I arrived for her 1pm appointment at 1:05. Didn't get checked in until 1:10 due to the receptionist ignoring me while she played on her phone. They then told me after a 45 minutes drive I needed to reschedule. Their morals are backwards. All this over 10 minutes. Not to mention it taking forever to actually see a doctor. Until you see a doctor you talk to therapists for 6-7 months."

"I was a patient here last week. It was aight. Nun’ special frfr. Staff was cool. Shoutout to Big Larry,Ms P,Ms Ashley,Trent. And all the great and kind staff who treated us well while we were there. It really was a great help. Ain’t tripping fr it was chill. Group and one on one therapy was very beneficial"
