"First time going here and I was blown away with the patient care we received from Rebecca Blume. She spent tons of time evaluating my child and very thorough. I'm very glad we found this pediatrician office. I would highly recommend them. We were seen at our appt time, very little wait. Everyone was very nice in the office. We had a very good experience!"

"This office has a horrific phone system and etiquette!! I called this office to assist my sister in law with follow up while she couldn’t because her child was incessantly crying. I was transferred to a “Nurse” which ended up being a voicemail with absolutely zero greeting. I had to hang up, call back and ask to be connected to a nurse, not a voicemail with no greeting. The receptionist (who doesn’t seem to have appropriate customer service skills) indicated that the Nurse would place a call back to my sister in law due to my niece (an infant) attending an appt for a procedure with the physician and a fever developing the very next day. Albeit risk of infection is communicated before any procedure, this office would not follow up with a simple call back to address this in any way. If there are procedures taking place at this office, there should be open appointments for the following few days to ensure any possible infection is promptly followed up on. Instead, my sister in law had to bring her infant to the emergency room and risk exposure to other illnesses while sitting in a busy waiting room."

"I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Dr. Veerula’s office. Dr. Rebecca is one of our faaaaavorites. My eldest daughter was continuously in and out of the Er, and our old office with habitual lung/breathing issues.. and this was the first time anyone really listened. Dr. Veerula came in, sat and said.. “tell me her whole story; no, from the beginning”. They sent her in for labs, antibiotic injections and all the steps that have never been done before and she has been the most healthy ever and for over a year now! They fit us in when we need, we are in and out. John is absolutely awesome with my kids, especially my little dude! Dr. Lisa has been so helpful too and they always hear me out. Is the building outdated, sure.. but I’d much rather see that money into the hands of caring professionals.. and what’s on the inside of them. The age old, dont judge a book by its cover. I am grateful for this office of doctors and medical professionals and would highly recommend them."

"I’ve been taking my kids here for 18 years. Recently I encountered some things that were not like my usual visits with the receptionist Dweeb, on one occasion she shared my child’s private health information on a phone that is no longer my number. Second is with my newborn needing to be seen for her one month well check and other things really needed to discuss with a doctor.I was turned away because of her insurance being in the pending phase. I went to another pediatrician and was scheduled right away with no questions asked, I mentioned the status of the insurance and was told that was not a problem at all. Also Dr Veerula has lots of NP’s or PA’s working in his office so chances of your child actually seeing him is very slim. Most places ask if you mind seeing someone other than your regular provider, not here. They are all great however but each visit is a different person. Thanks to Dweeb my kids are no longer patients of Dr Veerula."
