"Normally, Mark comes to service the pool on Friday. By far he has been the best service tech; knowledgeable, personable, listens to our comments on the pool conditions and provides good advice and service. However, the tech that came today, Luke exceeded Mark. He did an excellent job on the pool; you can even tell from the photos he took for the file. We are sure you get complaints from customers; however we just wanted you to know how pleased we were today and that you have a really good employee. We will hope to see him again. Thanks"
