"I absolutely love extra mile fitness. My partner and I picked up running this year after I was cleared by my doctor after being in an accident. All I have to say is AMAZING service here, great quality shoes, and the staff is so friendly and nonjudgmental. We are so happy to find such a great store. Coming back for 4 more pairs!"

"My family and I like to go to Extra Mile to ensure we are getting a great fitting shoe. However, their communication with the customer has room for improvement when it comes to shipments. I ordered my son a pair of shoes at the beginning of October. We were told they would arrive in 7-10 business days. After two weeks, we called and inquired. They said that New Balance was having some delays but the shoes were shipped and we would be contacted upon arrival. Another two weeks went by and we had not heard a thing from the store. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication. The store should have contacted me letting me know there were issues. I had to call again and they told me they would look into it and let me know the next day. I am still waiting on a phone call back. The customer service on location is great, but they need to improve on keeping the line of communication open with customers regarding orders. I'm afraid they might have lost our business for good. *Update* I received a response back. They greatly apologized for the inconvenience and lack of communication. And just a few days after that, the shoes finally arrived! I was offered a discount and gift card for my trouble. I appreciate their care and trying to make things right."

"Ordered a pair of shoes online, they called several days later to say that they made a mistake, they don't have the shoes available. Ok fine, it happens. But over 2 weeks later they still haven't issued a refund to my credit card and haven't returned my phone call. I was forced to contact the CC to dispute the charges. I haven't visited the store in person so can't speak to that experience but would never buy online from them again. *Update 10/4/23* Received a call from Heather, she said they had processed the refund but the processing company had an issue with it. They were able to get the issue resolved same day & refund has been credited. Updating my original 1 star to 4, I can't give 5 due to the issues I had to deal with in the online purchase, but prompt response & resolution deserves the 4 in my book."
