"I'm tired of these kids having absolutely no customer service skills. Just made a purchase, putting my change away while the clerk stares at me. Here you go, while handing you your change means nothing. I looked at her and her boss standing behind her and said, does no one say thank you, have a good day, anymore? She said, I was just about to say that. Right. I looked at her as she said nothing else. Yeah, right, ok. And left. Never got a thank you, have a nice day. Not even from the boss. They just lost a customer. When he bought this location, he got rid of all the good employees that had been there for years and only hires cute young girls. They don't even know how to put items into a bag correctly. None of them have any custom service skills at all, but judging by today, he doesn't care. No one takes pride in their job, or, obviously their business anymore."
