"I have purchased many MTI Trailers built specifically for Australian roads. They are without question they are the finest trailers I have seen. The workmanship is second to none and the staff have always been a pleasure to work with."
"Trailers are junk and warranty is a joke. We drove half way to pick ours up and it had damage to the side. Tire marks on the chrome plate and the dented in another spot. They assured us it would be warranted. I dealt with the warranty lady she claimed it wasn't very bad didn't want to pay for repairs. Aside from this the metal in the wheel wells looked like a 3 yr old cut it with a hack saw. Many of the boards had gaps not meeting in corners or on angles. Twisted of screws everywhere. Caulking very sloppy. Very poor workmanship and horrible customer service."
"Going to give this a 5 Star review because overall it was built pretty well, would have been nice to see some screws strategically placed instead of just thrown in to hold the floor down, they were not even the same screws... Overall I think that it will be a nice trailer, the rust proofing has not completely hardened yet because it hasn't gotten hot (its a Zie bart coating). The rv door latch for the side door is a nice touch and I like my one piece aluminum roof. Overall we will see what happens after I use it a little bit. Could take a little more time to pay attention to detail but its a somewhat base line trailer. I can see where people would be frustrated with some quality control but they are getting it figured out. thanks for a pretty nice trailer!"
"Trailers are garbage. The first one I got I had all kinds of issues. Major rust issues within five months. Screws were popping out all the time. Light issues in the first month I had it. They even missed the stud on the back door and screws just fell out. Wire from welder still hanging on welds. Then on 5/12/2017 got a replacement. Trailer was built on 4/2017 it had even more issues than the first one. I did make a video before I took it back to the dealership for my money back. I did put it on YouTube under MTI trailer review. Check it out before you buy one of these trailers."
"This was possibly the worst experience in a large purchase I ever made. I waited 3 months for my trailer after being told 3 weeks. When I threatened to cancel my order and demand my money back $13,000. I was told it would be delivered, but the salesman out of Minnesota was a complete dick saying he was too busy with other prospects. When it arrived I had 5 minutes to go over it before the driver left. After I found many stripped and missing screws like someone slapped it together with no care what so ever. I had told the salesman it was for snowmobiles. He assured me if I purchased the extra decking it would hold up to carbides and traction studs. The first loading broke off the decorative aluminum diamond plate that in 8 ft wide was held in by 3 screws. The deck was as soft as could be, my sleds scarred it down to the plywood. Using the trailer twice that winter. Many more screws fell out, I found trim that wasn't caulked so it filled with dirt and road salt, and the paint on the steal all pealed. Obviously no primer, again slapping it together just to get it out the door. Today I opened the front drop down door and the hinge broke. Examining the hinge I see it was made of cheap white metal which you can't even weld. I've had a steal race trailer from the 80's it rusted as steal will, but nothing like this one after barely used for 2 years. That one the hinges and doors are still operational. I really wish I had spent the extra $1500 to get a more reputable trailer. Maybe if you keep one inside only drive it I a not to hot, not to cold climate. Replace trim screws weekly and put down your own plywood over the deck you might be able to use one of these, but it's my belief that these are the biggest junk on the roadway. Sincerely, Tim Webster and co owner Connie Popowski"
