"My go to store cuz it's right by my house"

"I was there 5 min before they close and the door was already locked. People were checking out and I was ignored when I knocked on the door. I had to wait for them to let the other people out just to be argued with about them being open or closed. The lady said they were closed and that they closed at ten. I said I got here at 9:55 and I still had 2 minutes till ten. I also old her i knew what i wanted and id be out quickly. I would have already had what I needed by the time they had checked out the other folks. She let me in and I got my things. So the 3 stars is because she let me get my things. 2 stars lost she ignored me when I knocked on the door, and the fact she states she closed at ten and being prior to still wanted to deny me entrance until later changing her mind."

"Okay idk who these people are that did these previous reviews but honestly they should not be doing reviews!! This place is horrible!!! I literally live right up the road and frequent here because I am always busy and everytime I enter the store the aisles are always blocked!! Nothing is ever stocked!! The woman there that is supposed to be a manager or something ( I don't know because she never has her name tag on ) I'm pretty sure her name is Teresa. She has shoulder length hair and it is thinning on top severely. Anyways she is aweful and should not work in a retail store!! On three separate occasions my mother was standing in line and literally came out of the office and seen what she had in her cart and refused to check her out after seeing the line that was backed up almost all the way to the wall in the back and then when the line moved up she helped the people behind us!! My mother has cancer and it's hard for her to even get out and go places and when she does we want it to be pleasant and fast so there's no stress or tension. My mother called corporate and they told her she was going to be replaced. Well much to my surprise this nasty woman is still working there and the store is the same way!! Nothing stocked and what is insane is that this is a new establishment and it looks this terrible!! It's a shame really. Honestly the other crew workers are fine. They are always cashing someone out and helping as much as they can but when you have a terrible management system then you can only do so much!! This woman I described above is now talking about my mother to other customers and have had another customer snarl at her as she exited the store!! This place needs a management overhaul or else this store will fail!!"

"Nice store, clean and well stocked. What's really exciting is the newly installed Redbox which is the only one we know of in Middlebury."

"They have a nice selection of groceries and other miscellaneous items. The store was clean. The only downside was the only 2 employees were in the back talking while there were customers at the register. When one of them came out, she said we should have let her know we were waiting."
