Forest River Plant 10 - Coachmen RV

"Purchased a 2022 Chappell. it had major problems the day we brought it home. After 8 months of trying to get it fixed at the local dealership It went back to the factory. The factory had it for 4 months and when it came home it had the same issues and damage. The factory replaced a cargo door with a different color door thinking we would notice the decal and color didn't match. It's like there is no quality control and no one cares about customer satisfaction. My camper was BrandNew when it went to the factory and when it came back it has rust all over it. Coachman has yet to responded to my emails since the camper came home with same and more issues. So much for quality craftsmanship. I would not recommend anything that Coachman puts out."

"We brought out RV to Coachmen RV Service, for Warranty Service, a great experience. Initially worked with Richard Picket for an appointment, we drove and parked our RV at the Coachmen Campground, eventually we turned in RV into Service, there Nate Hedges, who had the work done. RV was fixed, as promised, and Nate worked with his crew (Mike) and also replaced a failing Blind on the Driver’s Side. We picked up RV and then proceeded to get Big Foot Levelers in White Pigeon MI. In closing: Strongly recommend Coachmen RV Service Shop, a totally positive experience, I was an aircraft avionics mechanic, and immediately recognized a professionally run operation."

"2022 Coachman Cross Trail. Bought it brand new and I would NEVER purchase a Coachman again. The quality of workmanship is deplorable. The list is never ending. Water pump not wired correctly, outlet covers not attached, trim work not attached, unable to close curtain on overhead bed because rail was not installed correctly, shelf under bathroom not screwed into anything and the worst is the hot water heater now doesn't work. And no service is available until winter. So much for all of the reservations I have for the rest of this season. I've owned multiple units over the last 30 years and have never experienced such poor quality. Unbelievable for $109,000. So sad!"

"Had a couple of items that I needed fixed on my RV, I was having a terrible experience with my local dealer. I kept going back-and-forth to town and just decided to make an appointment and make the long drive to Middlebury Indiana. Appointment took about two months to make, but the staff was so incredibly helpful and nice. The campground that he’s staying the night before. It was very nice. And all the repairs got done quickly. Incredibly happy. The nice thing about getting repairs done here is a typically have all the parts available in stock so you don’t have to come back. Big shout out to Brandon and Miranda"

"Went to Coachmen RV for repairs to our class B Galleria. They were so very helpful and knowledgeable. They took care of all our concerns the same day as we waited. They have a small campground to stay in with electric and water the night before."
