"They won't tell you that they've scheduled an appointment for you, nor will they send you an appointment reminder. That way, they can charge you for missing your appointment and then only tell you about this money you owe via snail mail (which no one checks these days). And when you call to ask if they can take a monthly payment toward the amount, they say they're not a big enough office to use a billing company that allows them to keep payment info on file; but when you ask if they can at least stop this from going to collections because you can pay something 2 weeks after it's due, they say they're too big to stop that from happening. If this doesn't sound like a financial entrapment scam, I don't know what does. I spoke directly with the "office manager" who was cold and rude, zero humanity. Dr. Price is a nice person, but I'm done with this office. . Not to mention when I lost my baby at 20 weeks, the nurse told me I needed to get a puppy. The audacity of this place."

"I moved from Florida after 4 year on testosterone, a doctor in Florida found out my testosterone was at 52.. i thought i was dieing back then.. i brought full medical records.been here a month. There was confusion at cvs and I didn't have the refill I thought I had. I was 4 days past my shot when seeing him It's been 10 days since I've seen him and done blood work. I've now lost my job, next probably my home and wife because this idiot want continue what a rated 5 on Google doctor in Florida has had me taking. "There are some bad reviews on this thread for Dr Price, but I don't understand why. Maybe because he's a younger doctor I don't know. But I had no trouble with the office staff. They're younger and might have that sort of attitude. But the team was nice enough to me and got me in quick. And Dr Price was the first doctor in town to get me well, after 6 trys to the emergency room and Urgent Care. And to me Dr Price is very easy to talk to. And my doctor's appointment I had to bring my daughter with me and all the nurses played with her and cut up with her and gave her a prize. And they also have a play area in the waiting room for children. Anyone who treats my daughter like a princess is five stars in my book."

"Doesn’t listen to patients, staff doesn’t care about their patients. Thinks everyone is a problem and you can’t get in touch with them because they say they are going to do something for you and they don’t . Dr price never talks to you to understand what is going on just walks out on you without a word. Poor communication, he may be a good doctor but his bedside manner is bad. Acts as if you’re a problem not a patient.I will be looking for a new doctor."
