"He continued to prescribe my son Clonopin after he had previously tried helping him prescribed something to keep you from wanting drugs . He prescribed the Klonopin in December and my son took the 60 tablets in 3 days then shot and killed himself . This dr knew he had a drug problem. In my opinion he helped with his death ! My sons name is Christopher Scott"

"Going to this doctor is a zoo. He has let his. I went and took a drug test they claim I failed for meth. And won't give me my medicine. I took a drug test at Amazon and the lab called and I failed for amethamphetamine which is Adderall. They are liars and thieves. I think they tell people they fail so he can keep your scripts. Don't go here the staff are liars and unprofessional they just took 185$.frok me because they can't even keep their credentials with insurance up to date."

"Dr was great. Couldn’t get the nurses to do anything right. It took over a month for them to put an order in correctly to the pharmacy. Wouldn’t return calls. Finally it went through and they put my on an extremely high dosage where the pharmacist even laughed and said absolutely not. So I went to another doctor and in one day they got it done correctly. So irritated at this one"
