"The manager is rude and unprofessional. I am a regular shopper here. I spend $137.00 here every other week. I made my usual purchase and they ran my credit card. The clerk said that the machine must not be working and I would have to return another time. When I got home I checked my account on line and the charge went thru and the money was taken out of my account. I called store and clerk told me to bring in a copy of statement and come back for my merchandise. I came in the next morning with proof of charge, the manager was aware of the situation. She was rude, unprofessional, and had no people skills. With out going into details of her horrible people skills, she would not give me my merchandise or give me a refund. I had to go to bank and file a dispute to get my money back. They should not have this manager represent this business. They just lost a loyal customer."

"They should have an option for less than a star! The blonde woman is horrible. Maybe cuz she's the owner she feels less inclined to use business ethics? It should be more of a reason to do so! Every. Single. Time. She was either on the phone talking & barely acknowledged me or looked at me like I was an alien when I specified my purchase. Get a grip lady. You're in Munster not Beverly Hill's."

"I live in South Hammond and there are only 2 places that carry the cigars that I smoke. Munster Smoke Shop and another Smoke Shop in Dyer Indiana. Munster Smoke Shop is the closer and cheaper than Dyer. However, I will no longer be giving you guys my business. I would much rather drive a longer distance and pay more for my cigars and be treated like a human being. The blone lady that owns this place who ALWAYS works mornings is the RUDEST AND MOST VILE person I have ever encountered. I never had to buy my cigars in the AM so I never dealt with her, about a year ago my schedule changed for work so I only have time in the morning and this lady is absolutely RUDE and has no business sense whatsoever. Maybe she thinks she can treat humans like dogs but never again will I step foot in her establishment."
