Dr. Wendt and the staff at Emergi Pet saved Dexter's life and connected us with Animal Medical Center to follow up while we were traveling out of town. They were patient, caring, and kind throughout this scary and stressful emergency. Dexter is now doing much better and has a good quality of life now that his condition is controlled with medication. We are so grateful for Emergi Pet!"

"This place was a true blessing for us! My fur baby suffers from epilepsy and this weekend was a horrible weekend. This place went above and beyond to make sure my fur baby was safe and taken care of! They kept him over the weekend to make sure he wouldn’t get worse! They would call us and text us with updates! The staff is so kind and caring not only to the fur babies but the owners as well!"

"This is the worst vet in town. They sent me home with a catheder in my cat after charging me 1,050. They sent me with unsterile medication and knots in the bag of fluid with it cut. Ramey would not use it. HAD TO PURCHASE MORE. They said they should have expressed his bladder not caused more inflammation BY ADDING A CATHEDER. We would have been better off with a teladoc. No instruction pushed me off onto another vet because they were closing. If a medical procedure takes 72 hours to complete then the vet should be responsible for the animal and have proper staffing to care and look after your animals with the prices paid. I am absolutely dumbfounded. My power is out and it is storming and im pregnant I cannot drive in this weather to northport from cottondale. No medical advice was received to safely remove catheder that my cat bit in half even with his "cone" on doesnt stay on his body and its a small AND HE KEEPS GETTING OUT OF IT. Their is blood in the line. Ramey vet charged me $240 to keep him for 4 hours and provide prescription diet. If you want nothing but more problems and attitude and unprofessionalism. Take your animals here. They will just take ALL OF your money and leave you up schitts creek without a paddle. PATHETIC 0/5 STARS."
