"The nurses are always nice, but I don’t know if this lady is a nurse practitioner or a doctor, but she’s always the one you see when you come there. She’s absolutely horrible, has a nasty attitude and doesn’t know how to talk to patients. She’s dismissive, condescending, does not listen to concerns and does not have the audacity to pretend to care. As someone who worked in the medical field, I’m very familiar with her type, but it’s absolutely unacceptable. Melanie Stone, a very vile, devilish woman. I avoid this place like the plague. You can tell exactly what type of person she is from interacting with her. The Muscle Shoals location was much better. That woman was so kind and ALWAYS caring."

"I had a sinus infection. These folks got me in and out quickly with the meds I need to recover. Everyone was professional and polite."

"I walked in to get medications refilled. And asked what I should do to have my back checked out after an accident. The only people who were nice at all were the receptionist they had. The doc was VERY loud so the office could hear and made me feel very uncomfortable because I asked for a non narcotic sleep aid. And when I asked about advice on having my back checked out, she said she could not discuss that with me because it was a separate visit, and asked me what was more important to me. Then ordered a bunch of test on wellness. Meds I asked for were heart and sleep aid, nothing narcotic, I canceled all test and will never go back to this location."
