"My apt. Is beautiful. Very well maintained. Any issues are handled very quickly. The women in the office are so kind and helpful. The yard is kept clean. The groundskeeper is out every morning to pick trash that has blown away from dumpster area. Well insulated, utility bill are very reasonable. I can't brag enough about my place."

"I think Casselberry Apartments is a great place to live I think they are good on maintenance they keep the place very clean they’re always out there cleaning up their very good on maintenance the staff is very nice they will work with you if you have any kind of problem if I need anything I just called and asked first and they’re usually really nice I like my two bedroom townhome I share with my son and it’s a nice and safe environment to live inI’m really impressed with the maintenance here and the staff I got in faster than I thought I would"
"Worst place to rent ever. Unless you are a drug addict. Loaded druggie knocks on your door at 3 am, police always called out here. Drugs are horrible needles are found on the playground, I found someone's pot pipe walking my dog and nobody does anything about it. I turned in the pipe to the PD and they didn't even look surprised. Wish I knew before getting stuck on a lease. 0 stars! Stay away!!! FAR AWAY!!!!!"
