"Nice if you don't mind, drunks, drugs and bad maintenance. Also mold in apartment, when maintenance came to clean it, they treated the wrong area, he sprayed all over our babies clothes and stroller when the mold was on the opposite side of the room, then when actually came back to do the right spot, he just spray painted over it with white spray paint and left."
"Average in getting most repairs done. Very slow in getting major repairs done. Very few amenities, and apartments struggle to meet code."
