"Hmm... Gap between ceiling and wall (what the?!?)..... So I'm uncertain just HOW that's considered "worry-free" or "safe keeping" for your things when all I need is a ladder and i can fit right between and slip directly into the unit behind me!!!!!!!! And nothing is cheap anymore, so Its basically paying over $100 for storage that may or may not have all items originally put in there by the time you get it out. Just saying."
"Do not use this company!! Everything I own was stolen from this place and the owner acted really suspicious when questioning him about it. Extremely unprofessional.. not just material things, but sentimental things that can not be replaced. No cameras at this facility and nobody know anything. Do not use this company!!"
"Rented my storage online with little effort and had np issues. The one thing I didn't like was there I no place to pay bill in person."
"I would give 0 stars if I could. First, we paid for the unit size we wanted and when we got there, there was a lock on our garage. We contacted the Owner and she was the most disgusting, judgemental person. She bad mouthed her employees and customers! She had to upgrade our unit because of her mix up and didn't give us a discount either. Our garage got broken into so we made a police report and they told us, it happens all the time and the Owner won't put up security cameras. Our garage got broken into again, the second time and we finally moved our stuff out and stopped paying. AVOID THIS PLACE!"
"No problems. They stay full. My only option was 2 smaller units compared to 1 large. I think too expensive but what isn't today. Not fair to senior's. But thankful it's close to home and company easy and kind to coatimers."
