"There are some good parts about this place, so far it seems pretty clean, my neighbors are cool, and the management has been great so far. By far my biggest gripe is the internet that this complex is exclusive to, it’s centurylink and even having ordered the best package they offer (1G up 1G down) I still experience very frequent down time, and slow speeds, the worst part is Mediacom (a vastly superior provider) does offer services out here but the complex won’t allow it, seems like another way to make a buck at the expense of the tenants, a pretty pathetic business move. The quality of the amenities are subpar, everything from the blinds to the door knobs is low quality and dinky. Moreover the walls and ceiling are quite thin I can hear full conversations, every step he takes and you can hear the water in the pipes every time a toilet is flushed, showers turned on or any appliance is used. Lastly, a lot of the things they advertise for this complex simply isn’t true, they advertise a 50 pound pet limit, most utilities included and a lower rent however the pet limit is actually 32 pounds and only water, sewage and trash is included in the utilities fee which is $80. Moral of the story if you’re someone who runs your business from home or simply relies on good internet connection this is not the place for you."

"Terrible experience here. Walls, floors, and ceilings are paper thin so I can hear my neighbors full conversations and TV's. Management is unresponsive and tried multiple times to slip in changes to the lease. Overpriced for the area and what you get. I recommend finding elsewhere to live."
