"Ok so honestly I was worried about the review stars until I read the comments that go along with them. First of all, I paid $80 for my room. IDK what people expect in the middle of nowhere for $80. The hotel is very clean. You can tell they are trying. The economy is hard and people aren't traveling as much. They're doing a great job here. The room was super clean, the bed was very comfortable, the TV is pretty big, laundry room was free and clean, no the pool wasn't open but ew, I don't do public pools anyway. My point is, don't let the people reviews worry you. They must have taken all pointers into consideration."
"We had a worst experience ever. Room is not clean has hair everywhere like in the sink, floor we were about to leave on the evening we checked in because my wife don’t want dirty room and the women at the front desk she is really sweet friendly and helped alot convinced us to stay in the hotel itself and with her lovely words we have been convinced to stay she herself helped us to make sure the room she gave us is clean. I think employees like this holds all the responsibility well for the hotels"
"I was impressed with all the technical stuff. The beds were the best I've ever slept on. Check in was good. Had an elevator and felt safe with the room locks and safe. Breakfast was good."
"No hot water. Barely warm water. Barely warm fades to cold pretty quickly. No wifi support Front desk, while friendly, not helpful. May be time to switch to a different loyalty program. Top tier status means nothing if the hotel is bad."
"It appears that they are cutting costs in critical areas which doesn't bode well for return visits. Hot water is important after a long day of travel when you are ready for a rejuvenating shower. The water was lukewarm at best and became cold quickly. Ice machines are shut down and bags of open ice are shared by guests and available at the front desk only."
