"Exposed wiring on the outside of some of the buildings. Very poorly lit at night. Entrance to the community is in desperate need of repair. Handrails improperly installed in stairwells. I could go on but park terrace doesn't care. You can tell just by looking at the condition of the place. Don't give me your "we're not immune" to the worker shortage generic response. No one will work there because of POOR MANAGEMENT!"
"When I filled out my application and turned in the application fee, I was told there was two apartments available and one person in front of me. I had to call constantly to find out anything that was going on I was told that everything came back clear and that as soon as they did their paperwork I would be able to get in and do the rest of my paperwork. Now I'm being told there's a wait list and there's people in front of me. But when I filled it out I was second in line and there was two apartments available and now I'm being told I have to wait. And this has been going on for over a month now this is been a horrible ongoing experience. I am now homeless and in desperate need of an apartment. This whole process has been stressful and ridiculous."
"When I signed my renters agreement I was told no Animals. Unless it’s a service animal! Got new downstairs neighbors and they have two big dogs. One dog is a doberman. I don’t feel safe with that dog around. That dog bread is known for protecting and can be very aggressive. My daughter is 20 months old and I fear if she runs around outside the dog will bite her!"
"Will NEVER recomend! The Office lady picks and chooses people hwo get to stay and doesn't do it by list order! My co aplicant hwo lived there already hwo wanted to get a place with me to get out of thier parents house she was called by her saying she couldnt get one here because her father did somthing wrong when she had nothing to do with it."
"Horrible. I had a problem with fleas even though I don't have any pets. When I first went to the office with the issue they told me pest control would be out that day and they would have them look at my apartment. They claimed to not find anything...yet i still had fleas. So i caught one in some clear packing tape and took it to the office. The office lady then proceeded to tell me that it wasn't a flea and she didn't know what it was but them seem to get them every year. She also told me to feel free to bomb myself if i felt it was necessary. I ended up setting off a total of 6 bombs and used 3 different kinds of flea spray one of witch i got from a vet and it cost $21.00. I went to the apartment every day to vacuum. I had to sleep on a friends couch and in my car a couple of times because it was to unbearable to be in the apartment. After every trip to vacuum i would go to a friends where i would spray down my car strip off all my clothes and shower immediately while my friend washed my clothes. I continued to keep the apartment informed about how things were going but the office lady just kept saying i brought them in with me. she said "they must have jumped on you pants while walking down the side walk" A month after pest control was out the first time they checked the apartment again and finally decided to spray it. I then had to pay to take literally all of my clothes to the laundry mat to get all the chemicals out of them and i had to wash everything in the apartment because i didn't know if the chemicals would make my daughter sick. While this was going on the apartment refused to give me any kind of prorated rate for rent even though i was only there an hour at a time to vacuum. If you decide to live here good luck to you and hopefully when September hits you wont have the same issues i did."
