"I don’t usually review stuff like clinics, but I just have to say that I really appreciate the staff at Longe. My doctors have always been super great about explaining stuff and generally being friendly. I’ve had lots of good experience with staff, including Damien, who was there for my first two trips and remembered me the second time and even asked about the horse I owned at the time. I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Sydney—she is absolutely amazing. I had been waiting for trial contacts for a month (no fault of Longe, the manufacturer put them on back order) and Sydney did a great job calling reps and getting information about it. I was going on vacation to Florida, and didn’t have prescription sunglasses, so I was really worried about that the entire time I was waiting on my contacts. When I talked to Sydney about it two days before I went on vacation, she was super empathetic (and she had been super patient with me during all the calls I had made to Longe that month). She managed to talk to a doctor and get me a different brand of trials THE NEXT DAY that were not exact prescription, but were close. They have worked great so far and I’m super thankful Sydney was able to take care of it before I left the next day. She is kind, friendly, patient, and really takes care of her people. She is the best!"
