"I went and saw Chad on the 3rd after being referred. I thought it was kind of sketchy when I was not asked to pay my $50 copay up front but thought well, maybe the service was completely covered. A week or so after I saw Chad, I had a $50 bill. A little irritating this wasn’t communicated but makes sense. Having not paid my bill yet but of course planning to, I received another bill in the mail stating I now owed $185. Confused, I called my insurance company and they told me they had already paid CorePT for the service except the copay so I should only have to pay the $50. I realized it was pretty sketchy that the new bill had two additional services on there that were not there before that stated that my insurance required a referral for this service on 1/25 when I was referred before coming on 1/3 and the insurance had paid for my service on 1/20. I called CorePT and spoke with Chad himself who said something along the lines of it possibly being an issue with the billing department. But when I pointed out that the bill itself made no sense and seemed manipulated, he very easily and quickly changed the bill amount back to $50 on his computer. Definitely would not trust this place."
