"Terrible billing policies at this facility. My Mom's 80, gets billing statements over & over, Medical billing & Medicare always takes time. Mom had eye surgery -- they sent a remainder less than $100 to collections in less than 6 months -- even refused to take payment and reconcile with their own collection folks. The Medical folks may be fine but the billing policies victimize the elderly - you should be ashamed!"

"Do NOT take kids- you will wait an hour or more. The receptionist was rude and kept saying we were next but they just kept calling other people. Had to leave after an hour wait with a 1 year old and 6 year old for his appt. Ridiculous. Won’t be back."

"First appointment canceled because they had too many call in. Didn't tell me until I showed up. Second appointment waited an hour still 2 people ahead of me. Takes 2 weeks to get an appointment and they over book. Good luck if you had to take time off work. Will never go back."
