"I have been with this office since 2007. Dr. Fawver provided excellent care. Over the past 3 years things have drastically changed. -You will only see the Dr for your first appointment. Then NPs will provide care. Unless you are specific you will be shuffled from provider to provider. -There is no longer an office. Everything is done online. -They will no longer work quickly to provide medication help or refills. I have been without medication for over a week after calling twice and utilizing MyChart."
"Just like all of Parkview, their medical records have been compromised and mixed with other patients. These people CANNOT be trusted. All patients need to request their own medical records and verify they are correct. These people will diagnose you with random things and not discuss it with you. When something randomly appears on your records, they will label you and hang you out to dry. These people, along with all Parkview doctors are criminals."

The way you're treated on the phone, checking in, and waiting for the doctor is just as important as the way the doctor would treat you."

"Been referred to this DOCTOR by a few physicians. I'm trying to establish new doctors. Dr. Fawver, you should be more attentive to your staff b/c even though you have a wait list, there may come a time when you don't. Your receptionist was rude, off the charts illogical with her demands and had less the human interpersonal relations. Forget your great reputation, I'm going somewhere else b/c NO ONE SEEKING THIS TYPE OF CARE SHOULD HAVE TO BE BELITTLED AND HUMILIATED by your staff, in person or over the phone! Now that I've read other reviews, I see you are part of Parkview. This explains EVERYTHING!"
