"This REDIMED is completely disrespectful of people and their time! My daughter went to this location for a simple drug screen for an employer and they kept her there from 12 pm to 7pm! There is not an acceptable excuse for this other than the people working today being rude and petty. If you want to be treated with respect do NOT go to this location. DO BETTER LADIES. It could be you or your child dealing with people like you some day!"
"I had reason to be there 3 times. The wait to be seen is ridiculously long. On one visit I was told I might as well leave to get something to eat. BTW...they should NEVER have someone wait 2+ hours for a breathalyzer. It's a time sensitive test!"
"Had a 2:30 appointment waited 2 and a half hours. When I get into the room it was not cleaned watched the person clean it or wipe a few things off. Still sitting here after 45 minutes. Stay far away from this location and Lutheran Hospital's in general."
"Waited 3 hours for a drug screen. BRING SOMETHING TO DO. Showed up at 9:05 on a Friday for a 9:15 scheduled drug screen. I checked in at the tablet and was one of maybe five people in the waiting room at the time. After about 30min, I was called up to the reception desk where a nice woman took my info and had me sign some things. She was apologizing for being understaffed, and she had a grumpy coworker over her shoulder threatening walking out. She had four calls on hold. I sat back down and waited what I hoped wouldn't be long, given my appointment time and the small number of people in the waiting room--was I wrong. 10 o'clock rolled around and a handful more people shuffled in, and a couple of those before me were called back. I thought, cool, I'll be called soon. 11 o'clock came and went, and several more people came in, while only a couple people were called back, some of whom came in after I did. (I get it, urine sample may not be a priority, but come on, it's so easy and quick.) A few incoming patients were suggested to go to a different location, given the expected wait times. At this point, someone was getting annoyed and complaining about back pain, asking how long it'd be, eventually asking to be seen next, which she was. At 12 noon I was finally called back. My procedure took less than five minutes, and I was out the door at 12:05pm. I'm going to request my employer use the SW location going forward."
"Worst experience I’ve ever had. Got to the clinic at 10am, used the kiosk to sign in, my name was not called up to the desk to actually check in for at least 2 hours. I finally got checked in and then waited at least another hour until they were ready for me. Meanwhile 4-5 staff members were gathered in the office just chatting and laughing. Waiting room was completely full, many people were standing because there were no chairs left. When I finally went back, my vitals and labs were drawn in what looked like an office with filing cabinets where they had stuck an extra chair. The CNA was very nice and friendly, but left me sitting there halfway through my tests for at least another 20 minutes to go help another employee print something before she came back. The people in the front desk room were loudly stating patients names and talking about personal information where everyone could easily hear. What was supposed to be a quick physical for work turned into a 4 hour visit. I finally saw the doctor and when he left the exam room, I was left to wait for someone to bring me papers. By this point (2pm) I finally just left the room and asked if I’m good to go. They didn’t give me any papers and told me I could leave. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not go to this location!"
