"Ortho stat walk in front end person not friendly at all and slow. Only one person waiting in front of me and no one else around and she had not checked them in either. I guess if you are not greeted and the check in is this slow, I can only imagine how long it takes for treatment."

"I have an appointment scheduled for my daughter that I need to cancel or reschedule because she has tested positive for Covid. For two days I have attempted to call and cancel/ reschedule the appointment and I have not been able to get anyone on the phone. The phone system immediately puts you on hold. Typically with doctors offices that have phones systems similar to this you get a person on the phone within a minute or two to take care of your needs. I was on hold for more than 10 min on 3 different occasions. I am going to call one last time and attempt to talk to the billing department because they ALWAYS answer the phone!!!! Very disappointed!"
