"After an our wait past my appointment time, I was provided with verbal restrictions regarding lifting, straining, etc...(with restrictions I cannot perform my physical job). Apparently Tessa(rude & argumentative)supposedly takes care of the short term disability forms and "self proclaimed physician" (did not agree with the doctor's diagnosis). After collecting $25 to complete forms she did not! This office is unprofessional."
"Every time we come in it is always and hour wait. Scheduling needs to be improved. When ask they say they are busy. If that is the case schedule better. Today they can not turn the heat up. Guest are freezing staff are running around with coats on. Space heaters are in one or two rooms. Totally unacceptable"
"Terrible front desk customer service!! I just walked inside the building to get an appointment as a new patient. First thing I asked was if they take my insurance; lady called somebody and they just did not know if they do or not. Front desk lady said the one in charge of verifying this information is “upstairs” “really busy”; so she just recommended me to call my insurance company and ask them for the businesses listed taking my insurance. I asked her why you guys don’t take a copy of my insurance card, verify if you take or not and then give a call so I can make an appointment as a new patient. Her answer was a plain “we are scheduling new patients up to March” Seriously? For an exam to get new glasses? Do you guys would like to grow? If you do, how this is going to happen with this kind of customer service? One of my patients highly recommended you guys, but definitely it was a mistake!!"
"Everytime I come here it takes over 30 minutes to even be seen by any of the assistants let alone the doctor. Today I decided while I was waiting for 40 minutes to schedule a new patient appointment with a competitor and I could do it all on my phone in 5 minutes. Indiana Eye Clinic needs to close for a day for quality improvement and process training. Not a single person there knows what’s going on."
"Very thorough eye exam! I had cataract and correctional eye surgery over a year ago and have perfect vision after having worn glasses since grade school. I was very pleased with Dr. Keeling and his treatment and with Dr. King for follow-up this year. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, answering all questions. Wait time has improved this past year."
