"My Aunt lives here ,nice little apartment, kept clean outside. Could use a bit of work on they hand railings."
"A certain county police officer that doesn't even work around this part of the county or maybe even not this county expresses his attitude by letting the people know that he's in charge of this elderly community. He wheels his so-called authority to turn neighbors against neighbors. I would not recommend even thinking about moving here at all! My advice take it or leave it."

"They rented us an apartment with burn holes in carpet then raise your rent. Also its supposed to be a handicapped apartment and the shower head is too high to reach. Not much privacy here either. Few nosy neighbors. Most neighbors are nice though. It is section 8 so if you earn more income they raise the rent that much. Also you have to constantly be reevaluated and sign more papers than one would have to buy a house."
