"Would rate a 0 star if I could! I just moved here a month ago and wish I never did. The day I was given a tour I was shown a nice re done apartment and was really excited to move here. Was also told a completely different price then changed it two days prior to me moving in. The day I came to get my keys and move in I was walked into a disgusting apartment with no blinds, broken cabinets, dead bugs everywhere (floor,lights,ect), missing one of the doors in my medicine cabinet, broken pantry, ect. The place had new carpet and then no one clearly cleaned anything or bothered to fix anything wrong. No one answers the phone listed and its impossible to get ahold of ppl. The owner Mark is completely not capable of running this apartment complex. Said he would send me a gift card but would not discount my rent even though this place was so nasty and not living ready. Still have not recieved that been 3 weeks. I didn't even have a toilet seat for 3 days after moving or blinds. Had to scrub mold and sticky whatever it was out of my cabinets just to use them. Waited several days to get those fixed as well. Still have things that are not fixed but clearly they dont care. To make things better some drunk dude came and smashed two people's car windshields the other night DO NOT MOVE HERE ITS A JOKE! The only good note I will say is for the new site manager and maintenance guy they have been helpful in trying to start fixing things."

"M2 Investments (the owner of the property) is an absolute joke of a company. My lease stated that my security deposit would be returned within 45 days. It has been almost 3 months since I moved out but I have not heard any word of it. When I moved into the apartment it reeked of cat urine and had hair everywhere. The hallway was constantly covered with trash and the children in the building treated the entire place like a jungle jim. Most frustrating of all is trying to contact anyone for help. The phone number listed on Google is not activated and the number listed on their website seems to not be monitored. I have called them a few dozen times over the past few months and left a few voicemails yet have only been able to speak with someone twice."
