"Since moving to the new loctation quality of service has slipped terribly. Office staff can be snippy, discourteous and rude. Lab personnel allied medical staff (APRNs and PAs) and all others are great and doing a fantastic job. The decor is not conducive to comfort, boosting morale or wanting to be there. It's a cold and aloof physical setting."
"I have dealt with the VA for medical care around 30 years now and in several states ... this is one of the best, most caring facilities I have ever been associated with !! Caring people, quick service. The only negative comment would be the lack of in house pharmacy services and a walk-in ( no appointment) clinic !!! A+++++++"
"My family has had a very negative experience dealing with the VA. The Dr was very rude & spoke over us many times while we were explaining the issues. We all understand being a dr is hard, esp a dr at a clinic, but that gives you no right to be so dismissive of someone that is in pain & struggling. For a lot of Veterans the VA is their only option for medical care, & I know the Drs know that. Shame on you. Wish i could give 0 stars. I will pass along this experience to everyone I know. Do better VA Clinic."
"I am a Veteran, and I really like and appreciate how the Owensboro VA Clinic has always treated me. They are always kind and ready to help you with anything you might need. If they are not able to help you they are always very knowledgeable on who to send you to in order to get you what you need. Owensboro or this part of Kentucky deserves a much larger VA facility because I feel that the Veterans in this area are going without more than they should. If Owensboro was given a larger facility I believe that it would be even more helpful than it already is. :)"
