"The reception desk let me begin my check in process a few minutes before they opened. Once I got back to my room the wait time was a bit long, but overall a pleasant experience considering where I was at."
"I don’t normally post reviews but I’m not a fan of how my visit went at this location. With the exception of the very efficient and compassionate front desk ladies (shoutout to Yvonne! She needs a raise!), I felt as though I was rushed in and out of the room and only got maybe five minutes with the NP who, aside from never even introducing herself, had quite the flippant, uncaring, and borderline condescending attitude with me. I felt that she didn’t really take me seriously and acted like I was an inconvenience and a waste of time when I had some simple questions about when I should return to work after my symptoms. She didn’t even bother to really examine me except to listen to my lungs until I’d mentioned (again) that I was having issues with my ears and throat at which time all she said was she saw a “milky white substance” in one ear and complained I had too much ear wax in the other. Then, after telling me she thought my symptoms “sounded like” an acute case of the flu even though I tested negative but yet I’m still coughing she all but shooed me out the door with a half-hearted “get well.” Any other time, I wouldn’t have said anything especially since I know urgent care is a different beast from primary care, but after waiting literally three hours and only getting to see the nurse and NP for a combined total of MAYBE 10 minutes I expected much better bedside manner. Again, the front desk ladies were phenomenal, I’m just not thrilled with the NP’s attitude."
"They were quick , efficient, and understanding with my time. Their MA was very friendly and polite and on top of getting testing done quickly to confirm diagnosis.... provider was very helpful and friendly and caring. Thanks to each person who made a unpleasant day not drag on long in a waiting room. Top notch, especially with this close to xmas , i work in customer service and it is hard to keep a smile when everyone can be cranky this time of year especially when under the weather. Thank you to everyone."
"Receptionist was efficient and excellent. Took over two hours, start to finish, with only two people ahead of me. Nurse was unfriendly and acted like it was an inconvenience for her to do her job. She spent five minutes with me. Doctor saw me for less than five minutes. Was told I “had something.” Health care system is completely broken. Do not recommend."
"Amazing! I arrived late Friday evening. The entire staff was polite and ready to help. What an excellent team. Special thanks to NP Pennie who took time to listen, ask questions and do a thorough exam. After a shot and some antibiotics I started feeling much better in a couple of hours and the next day I was back to being me. Thanks Guys!"
