"I lived at lofts for 2 years. The management doesn’t care about its residents. They don’t reply you back. Doesn’t give security deposits back and keeps the building dirty always. No services."

"Worst business practice of all time that I’ve encountered in my life. 1. Lost over $1000 in packages over break and after filing police reports; it turned out that their security cameras failed to record anything. That’s wildly irresponsible and in the cases of students such as Lauren Spierer, absolutely unsafe. Parents: I recommend looking elsewhere. 2. This building does joint leases as opposed to individual. an unscrupulous roommate tried to file a protection order to get out of the lease right before graduating so he wouldn’t need to pay rent. The building was quick to tell me that I’ll be on the hook for his rent and that we could work out a payment plan. I fought the protection order in court and it was deemed null and void. Almost a month later, the building refuses to give me a straight answer saying that they have forwarded the information to “their lawyer”. My lease ends in about 2 weeks and they won’t lift a finger to offer some kind of resolution. I’ve called every week and it’s the same assistant manager who absolutely refuses to do anything. I’ve asked for the contact information of their legal team to forward to my lawyers and they still refuse. 3. Additionally I was charged almost $2000 in damages when it should have been $300-400 at most."

"My daughter had to buy a new car because her old car died. I drove up to Bloomington to help her find one. When we returned at 8 PM we parked her car in the spot that WE PAY FOR with the intention that we would get a sticker the next morning when the office opened up. When we got up the next morning the car was gone. Management had the car TOWED! When I asked them to return the tow fee management refused! She was then told to park on the street until Monday when she could get it registered with management because they she was told erroneously they don't give out temporary passes for cars. She got a TICKET as a result! Management here is THE WORST!!!"
