"They never answer phones. Website hours are wrong, they are only open 3 days a week. My daughter's 1st application got tossed due to staff quiting. Her 2nd app has taken almost 3 months as of today and still not done. They said move in Nov 1st. She now has a uhaul full of stuff from Memphis and no home!!"

"This place is a very bad place to live, since I moved in March of 22 this place has been a joke, they have tried charging me for people pulling the door that has not been to my apartment, they never call you back when you try contacting them, I turned it in that our washer stopped working multiple times they never fixed it until a month ago and here my lease is up. I told them that I wasn’t renewing my lease and they said that I would be charged for rent if I didn’t tell them 60 days ahead of time even tho they are paid up in full. They are trying to charge late fees as well. This place has also been through 7 different owners since December. And none of them know how to run an office and be professional at all. I would advise not to move into this place whatsoever."

"I moved here in 2021. This was a very nice place to live at first, but quickly went downhill. The hallways and stairwells in this complex are filthy and smell, the door handles fall off the main doors or just don't work at all sometimes, and the local PD is constantly being called here. This apartment complex even had to hire private security to monitor the property 24/7. Amazon/FedEx packages are constantly being stolen because the office here does not accept packages, so your deliveries are just left outside where anyone can take them. And now, you cannot just simply walk into the office to drop off rent or ask a question, you must now call the office phone number and leave a voicemail to schedule an appointment to speak with them. If you knock on the office door they will not answer and their doors are locked (even during regular working hours) This is not the place for you if you value cleanliness, safety, and quality customer service because you will not find that here."

"UPDATE #3: It is now October 2022. They finally sent us our full deposit back in September. Thank you for reading my review, I hope it helps you make your decision on where you'd like to call home. UPDATE #2: It is now August 2022. We moved out in April of 2022. We left the apartment nearly spotless and spent hours cleaning it. We never heard from management on whether or not they will be keeping any of our deposit. We have called and been told someone will get back to us or to email instead, and nobody has gotten back to us. Management is completely unprofessional and incompetent. At this point, they should just give us our entire deposit back for the inconvenience. This is ridiculous. Don't move here if you're looking for somewhere decent and professional. UPDATE: Since writing this review, we have had 3 birds enter our apartment, and found 4 roaches. Since moving here in May 2021, we have dealt with a plethora of issues. Safety, health, comfort, etc. It started out fine; noisy neighbors and trashed stairways and parking lots. Since then, we've noticed horrible fights break out in the parking lots, overheard violent arguments from neighbors in their apartment units and even in the hallway in front of our door. I've never had to call the police before moving here. I think I've called about 6 times now. (Update, there were also gunshots outside of the building at like 3am once.) *Keep in mind, we are not from around here. We had no idea what kind of area we were moving into. When we visited and toured, it was nice and quiet and clean.* We pay WAY too much money to be dealing with this garbage. $1k+ including bills... We have contacted our property manager many times, emails and calls. We almost rarely get responses. And when we do, they're incredibly brief and vague. We've been trying for weeks to break our leasing contract and literally no one will listen to us. We've even showed up to the office a few times to speak in person. Coincidentally, it's like always closed and empty. This place is unsafe, unclean, and unprofessional. There are tons of children that live here. No child should grow up in this apartment complex. Do not move here unless you're interested in calling the police once a week and paying more than $1k including bills."
