Homewood Suites by Hilton Bloomington

"This weekend was our first stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton. Upon entry, the door was locked and a number was posted on the door to call if no employees were visible at the front desk. We called and a sweet lady came right out and opened the door for us. We really appreciated the extra security of the building. Our suite was wonderful. It was clean, everything worked properly and the bed was comfortable. The complimentary body products were fantastic, so much so that I placed an order for some myself. This was the best hotel we have stayed at in a few years. We didn't get a chance to try the breakfast out, but I loved that they included a menu in the room for you. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. We will be using this as our regular hotel when we are in town again."

"We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite, and the Hilton App says it sleeps 7. It clearly doesn’t as it sleeps 5. Just a FYI."

"WoW! The recent face-lift in the common area invites you to linger in its cozy atmosphere! The furniture and firepit in the courtyard was enjoyable after a long business day. My company worked out of the meeting space and business center which are located side by side. While I laid claim to this area for the day, the common space affords many quiet areas to work remotely with fast internet and numerous charging areas. While our accommodations in a 2 bedroom suite were remarkable - the real MVPs of this property is the staff! We were greeted with a very warm welcome by Cinnamon who assisted us with an early check in so that we could ready ourselves for a long day of meetings. Julie Carter went above and beyond when booking our meeting and was available at all times should we have needed assistance. All staff members greeted us in passing which I have to say is not as common as it should be. At the end of our long day we had the pleasure of meeting Emma who immediately refreshed our spirits. This young woman is the epitome of warm hospitality while always speaking positive affirmations! Many thanks once again to this amazing in-house crew!!"

"What an exceptional job of customer service the team did for us yesterday! The meeting space was convenient to the lobby area and the back patio area is great to relax after a day of work. The 2 bedroom suite was definitely my favorite! Julie, Cinnamon & Emma made our event a success. The breakfast experience is top notch! Thanks again!"

"I had a great trip. Nice spacious room. Friendly staff. But when they charged me a second time for my room. And when I called twice asking for immediate assistance only to go a week without even the courtesy of a call back, that’s an issue. Editing this because a week and a half later this still isn’t fixed and this hotel apparently can’t do anything without their general manager present. A person who I have personally called 3 times and never gotten a call back and was now finally just told that it’ll be close to another week until this is addressed bc they’re off for a 4 day weekend. Eff. This. Place. This is absurd. Replying back to Homewood Suite's response: Double charging me for a stay isn't "an inconvenience". It's theft. Not responding AT ALL (not even a call back to say "I'm working on this") for a week-and-a-half isn't "lack of immediate assistance". It's incompetence. And I swear to god if I call that number and spend another hour on the phone (in addition to all of the time I've spent running this down) and still get nowhere... well. I can't make your review any worse at this point I suppose. Don't thank me for my patience - you have long since exhausted it. And until I **finally** get a call back from your GM apologizing for dropping the ball on this, no I will not consider staying there again."
