"Service was wonderful. The room was fine. It will be nice if the Mariott hotels would return to daily room refreshers - replace towels and remove trash. Another thing that would be nice at this location is if green tea was available at anytime. I travel and stay at Mariott Courtyard all the time and if I ask for green tea I can get it at anytime. This Courtyard, I was informed that I would have to wait until breakfast hours to purchase. My stay comes with breakfast but I do not eat breakfast at the hotel. If I want green tea before bed, I don't see why that should be a problem. The rooms have coffee set up and black tea, both of which I do not drink. There are non coffee drinkers who travel as well."

"I was in town for my sisters funeral and I am so impressed by the service given by them. I booked through a third party (my mistake) who didn’t give clear information about breakfast and even though it wasn’t their fault they gave us coupons for bistro and free parking. Also, they had booked our room the second night before we did and we were told we could stay in the room (before we knew it was booked out the second night) the second night. Another reason not to book third party. Anyway the second day I got a call that we needed to check out and move our stuff out of the room. I was so confused because was told we didn’t need to do that. I told them I could not do that because was at my sisters funeral (literally was starting in one minute and had picked up because I was making sure something didn’t happen to my other sister who was on their way and it was a Bloomington number)…. They said not worry they would make the other party move and we could keep our room. They helped a stressful day not be as stressful. Room clean and hotel is great!! Food at bistro good too. Thank you for a wonderful stay during a hard time and taking care of us when the mess ups weren’t your fault."

"Worst hotel stay ever. Swimming pool was cold. Hot tub wasn’t over 70 degrees and sounded like it was falling apart. I called two days in advance to make sure they had a working pool and hot tub and was told yes. The manager himself was absolutely rude and told me I only”rented the room that the hot tub and pool are only amenities only” Will NEVER return."

"Love the hotel and front desk staff was great. Rooms were like most courtyards. The problem came in the morning where there is no tea or coffee except at the bistro and they close at 10 a.m. the young kid working there was kinda rude when I asked him my options."
