"The maintenance team is basically non existent and nobody will answer phone calls in the office I have also been lied to more than once about things being fixed when they were not also any complaints I have ever filed have not been taken seriously by any means the whole property is full of trash and the rent keeps going up even though the place continues to get worse and worse"

"My boyfriend and I applied for this place and paid a total of $170 for the application fee and website admin fee. We scheduled a tour to see the apartment in person this past Friday. After driving 5 hours out of state to come and see the unit, no one showed up. They insisted that 4pm was the latest time available for tours and we waited upwards of 1.5 hours in front of the property. We have been trying to contact the office and have called 28 times. No one has bothered to pick up or call us back. I am extremely disappointed in this company and their lack of professionalism. I will not only be disputing the application charge with my bank, but will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau to complain about their fraudulent behavior. If Continental Terrace's frankly embarrassing management responds to this post to implore us to contact the 822-1231 number again (only to be redirected elsewhere as we have been the last two dozen times), I ask the prospective leaser to only read it as a confirmation of a cozy environment of complete organizational incompetence. **UPDATE** 07/08/22 Not only have we not received any contact with any representatives, but we just received a letter threatening us that they would go to a collection agency if we do not send them $120 dollars for the non-refundable deposit. Under reason for cancelation, they simply wrote that we changed our minds, not that we drove 5 hours to meet them and were promptly avoided. These people are worse than loan sharks and I am not convinced that this non-refundable deposit is not a scam for them to just pocket more money. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission for their actions. I hope that some takes this review to heart and never rents from this company."

"I have recently moved out. I have been sent the bill for move out charges on June 28 to pay by June 30. I have moved out of state. They did not allow me to pay online, they want the check to be sent today, if the check is not received. They are trying to scare me by saying they are sending collection agent on me. Had a terrible issue with maintenance while living there, they are a pain even after moving out. Especially Timothy Roberts. Please stay away."

"Do NOT MOVE HERE!!! I moved here from Indianapolis on 12/17 my date was changed twice! Even my apt number was changed! Upon moving in the bedroom doors wasnt on they are chipped and doesnt even match with each other. The second bedroom closet doors wont even latch on , from day 1 the dishwasher has not worked then they lied and said they came to fix everything that I put in a work order for which was a lie they never came to fix ANYTHING!!!!! If I could get out of my lease I would!!! Please do not come here this was the biggest mistake ever! I have never had so many issues with an apartment complex like I have this one!!! Oh it smells so bad from the dishwasher overflowing! Here it is 06/27 & I been having a leaking ceiling for two weeks cant even sit on my toilet. The manager keep lying saying they fixed it & clearly hasnt because now its worse & done spread. Please do NOT MOVE HERE!!! I wish I can leave now they are slum lords. Lie and complete orders knowing they havent fixed anything! The health department is now involved due to them not fixing a leak that might have turned into mold now. The first pic of the ceiling was Thursday and the rest from today anyone can see it has gotten worse!!"

"Maintenance is literally non existent in this apartment. We have been living here for almost 10 months, still the dishwasher hasn't been fixed even after repeated complaints. We could only use dishwasher for hardly a month and have been washing dishes by hand since. There is also a water leakage apparently in a wall pipe causing wood flooring to bulge out. People downstair have also complained about water leaking from their roof. Maintenance came after repeated calls to the office and still hasn't been fixed after 2-3 weeks. I wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone."
