"Living at Evolve has definitely been right choice. I'm a business major, and the X bus, which is literally right in front of the building, makes getting to my classes so convenient. Also being able to walk to the tailgating fields is a huge plus during football season. The office staff is always so helpful whenever I have questions and management has really worked hard to turn this place around. I've visited my friends who live at the Standard and Verve, and honestly, it just isn't as nice or run as well as Evolve is. In my opinion, with all the amenities that are offered and the location of this building, the price is pretty reasonable."

"Our son is in his first year living in EVOLVE. Great floor plan and he was lucky enough to get a view of Memorial Stadium. Common areas and amenities are great. There have been some maintenance concerns (slow kitchen drain, broken gym equipment), but most issues (like a replacement microwave) have been completed very timely."

"I bought a parking pass for 60$ a month. They told me the parking garage is towing enforced. That is a lie. Don't buy a parking pass bc they don't tow. Just park inside and you will be fine. Managers are unresponsive to my requests to tow cars that are in my spot and my spot has been filled by someone else the last 7 times I have tried to park. So now I'm stuck trying to find street parking even though I pay 60$ a month on top of rent for easy parking."
