"If I could leave zero stars I would. The management of this apartment and the treatment of their tenants is absolutely appalling. Recently the rent was increased by $200, which is a 16.6% increase. definitely look somewhere else... management here is hellish."

"My husband and I have been living in the MeadowCreek community for 2 years now and just resigned for another year in our loft apartment. We absolutely love it here! Before we landed here we had lived in 3 other apartments and this one is by far our favorite. The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful and well taken care of. The staff at the leasing office is so nice and personable and always go the extra mile. When we moved in there was a bottle of wine waiting for us in our apartment and we receive thank you notes every year that we choose to stay in the community. Those small gestures say it all. It's safe to say that we will continue to live here for a while."
"A year a go I was moving to Bloomington having never visited before. Drove past MeadowCreek and on a whim stopped in to see if they had any apartments available. Within 30 minutes I was signing a lease! When I moved in they had a very welcoming bottle of Oliver wine for myself, and a goody bag full of treats waiting for my dog! They even stock dog treats in their office, now I can't walk past without Ruger wanting to stop in for a quick visit. The staff is friendly and the apartments are great, I can't recommend this complex enough!"
