"Love the room size and property upkeep and quarterly bug inspections and cares. My closet is the size of a bedroom, I've been living here for over 10 years. HAPPY, but rent is going up again."
"In the year he lived there, my husband complained several times that the dishwasher leaked and one side of the sink did not drain causing foul odor; they never came to look at it. We spent hours cleaning the apartment before moving out, making sure it was perfectly cleaned and like it was when he moved in. They still kept the damage deposit claiming they did the cleaning and repaired nail holes throughout the apartment (one clock has hung). Don’t expect to get your damage deposit back regardless how clean it is and the condition you leave it."
"They will steal your deposit so don’t expect anything back. I spent money getting a carpet cleaner, only hung one thing on my walls (a clock) and cleaned the apartment perfectly, but yet they still claimed they did all the work and kept my deposit. What a rip off renting a carpet cleaner to clean the carpets when they claimed they cleaned them and steal your money anyways. I’m going to upper management with pictures and receipts but either way, leasson learned..."
"I've lived here almost my entire life and there has never been drug activity or bugs. Very clean beautiful apartments. Very welcoming place. I moved away after graduating and ending up coming back to what I view as my home. My landlord has watched me grow up and develop into an adult. I am very thankful for him. He is definitely like family to us. This place has always been a beautiful living area. Very clean. Very neat and organized."
