"Great apartment complex! I find that mostly graduate students, upper classman and professionals live here. People are very considerate and you barely hear any noise in the corridors. This apartment complex is near to a Kroger, hospital, b-line trail and 10 mins walk to downtown."
"I have lived here for a while and I love it! Canadian apartment is one block away Kroger and IU hospital. Also downtown is just a few minutes walk away. I like the management company. They have always treated me well. So far so good!"
"Simple one bedroom apartment on the B line trail and walking distance to Kroger, Hopscotch and downtown. Great location if you don't own a car. Mostly young professionals and older people live here so it's pretty quiet. I was worried it would be loud being next to the hospital, but the ambulances don't turn on their sirens until they get past the grocery store. I feel pretty safe and happy with everything."
