"Good maint dept. old appliances. Excellent condition. Great layout. 1 bedroom is very small. Very little cabinet and counter space. Excellent grounds. Poor snow removal. Proficient office staff"

"The price is unbeatable in town. But it comes with a compromise. Office hours are 8-5pm, if you were summoned to the office, you leave your work to do it unless of course you don't have a job. Office staff are apathetic and inflexible: they are there because they have to. In the recent year, the contractors they hired are inefficient, rude, inconsiderate of security over the properties, and unprofessional. Quarterly pest control does not stop ants, spiders, rat deposits, roly poly, and other pests from finding their way indoors. We "rent" but we mow the lawn by ourselves or pay $50. After 5 years of faithfully paying dues, there's absolutely no consideration for forgiveness if I'm late or if they return my check, they squeeze another dollar out. Sure, extra $36 would go improving their bottom line, but I doubt that it would make the management any better."

"I wouldn’t mind giving Orchard Glen 5 star cuz it’s worth it, I lived on the East side of Bloomington for 4 years and never been happy always noisy and busy but when I moved to Orchard Glen I felt like home, very quit and clean neighborhood, private patio where you can plant, whasher and dryer in each unit, very affordable, and maintenance are always fast, the office management is great and very friendly. All I want to say is that I loved and enjoyed living at this place and no complains at all but I’m so sad for moving out due to relocating to a different state!"

"I’m only writing this review because I feel so blessed that we found Orchard Glen that I wanted other people to take advantage of this great place. Here are a few reasons why I love Orchard Glen: • 5 min. from Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club. Close to several Shopping centers. • Across the street from the elementary school. • Quiet neighborhood with roads with little enough traffic that the kids can play in the street. • The grounds and the apartments themselves are very well kept. (Don’t be fooled by the amazing price. Then price is not a reflection of the quality of the apartments.) • Whenever I have called for maintenance they have always come within 5 min. and fixed the problems quickly. • The 4 bedroom is 1300 sq. ft. and we only pay about $540 a month! • The bus comes right through Orchard Glen and goes by Wal-Mart, downtown, the University and the Mall. (Students ride the bus for free so although it’s not close to campus, you don’t have to spend gas money to get to school) • The staff has always been helpful. • There are several children’s play areas and a park right next to Orchard Glen as well a park with a Splash Pad just 10 minutes away. • Just a few blocks from the LDS stake center. • On the edge of town."
