"I wanted to tell someone about the excellent care I received from your (PA) Laurel R Adams. I was suffering from Covid-19 for 2 days, yet I did not know it was Covid because this variant of Covid was different. On Dec. 20, 2023, I visited Laurel Adams at your medical facility at Southern Indiana Physicians and Family & Internal Medicine at Liberty Drive in Bloomington, IN. I am very impressed with everything and all procedures PA Laurel Adams did in an organized and skillful manner. Laurel Adams is a great listener, asks the right questions, and is genuinely concerned about her patient's well-being. Her nurse who had British accent was friendly, patient and treated me with dignity and respect, and he answered any questions with good attitude. Laurel Adams is one of the most professional individuals I 've met at your office, and I would highly recommend her to any friend coming to the Southern Indiana Physicians Family & Internal Medicine. I am extremity impressed with the level of care I received and the kindness and compassion of PA Laurel Adams and her nurse.
