"Gangsters!! The day before my Surgery they tried to Shake me down for money. Sure, my insurance has a deductible - everybody's insurance has a deductible, but these extortionists will hold your feet to the fire and not even try to work out a payment plan - bunch of scoundrels. Insist your Doctor/Surgeon get you in at a Hospital. Really! Any place but this one. Stay away unless you like being mugged."
"My pre-op nurse was rude and unprofessional. I didn't catch her name because her badge was turned around but as soon as I got back to my pre-op room she started bad mouthing my dr and doubting to me that he knew what he was doing! Not something anyone wants to hear before having a procedure done. The anesthesiologist was super nice and so was the dr and other nurses. Unfortunately they did not offer any pain meds after I had a uvulectomy, even after I was given some before I left and told when to take my next dose. I spent the day after surgery playing phone tag, trying to get my scripts sent to my pharmacy. It took me forever to get a hold of anyone in the office to ask about my meds. Once I did finally get a call back I was told I wasn't getting anything for my pain because the dr said I didn't need it. I had a piece of my throat cut out but I didn't need any pain meds for even two days after surgery to keep me comfortable? Wow.. I won't be going back to them for anything. They need a different pre-op nurse for a fact. Older lady with blonde hair and glasses. Rude rude rude.. They also need to give people a heads up that they don't offer any comfort measures after surgery."
"doctors are great most of the staff is great. the nurse, Kristi need an attitude adjustment or a vacation but either way her condescending tone and general demeanor were not at all appreciated or appropriate"
"I'll give 2 stars because the staff was kind and informative. Doctor who performed my surgery was not. 8 months later I am still not healed and have had to pay for additional procedures. I was encouraged to sign up for a credit card, to pay for my surgery. Thought this would be a good way to keep my medical bills consolidated. IU Health does not accept CareCredit. Good luck finding anyone who does."
"Absolutely wonderful staff. Doctors nurses all of them. Best surgery I've ever had as well as the scariest they made me feel comfortable they made me informed and I think every single one of them. The nurses were wonderful about just talking to you and relaxing you Lois and Linda were a delight. I apologize I do not remember the name of the nurse who checked me in but she was at the light as well. Best surgery center and doctor's office I have ever been to they care and they listen which is rare these days. So if you guys are reading this thank you so very much and bless you for all that you do."
