"If I could give no stars I would do it. The Doctors have no interest in listening to your feedback or family history. We had to basically sit there and convince them until they agreed to do more testing on my daughter that is having a series of fainting episodes. They refused to believe her saying she was only having panic attacks, as if she has a reason to lie abt that. They finally agreed to do more lab work begrudgingly , but by then we had had it with so many rude staff members acting like we are asking for too much. They come across completely disinterested in genuinely helping or caring about my daughters health . She was terrified because they are not listening to her . Till the end , they didnt want to monitor her blood sugar when she has text book symptoms of someone that is experiencing severe blood sugar dips. The reason why I know is because I had to figure it out myself and now shes feeling better since we took it upon ourselves to check her sugar and act accordingly . They refused to believe it could be the problem. That is basic 101 health , we were baffled and indignant that they just didnt want to hear it. If we would of did what they said and just come back in a month and “try to relax because shes just having a panic attack”and not trouble shoot ourselves and just call 911 if she had another crash, she may have not been able to make that call. Maybe they dont have kids although one of the doctors was pregnant, but I hope that you never have to feel like your daughter’s doctors office really doesnt care about her well being or feel like she deserves to be helped. Maybe you guys like to keep people like us out because we dont look like you, but ill tell ya, we definitely are smarter ."
"Always gotten me in quickly. That’s the only good thing I can say. Misdiagnosed or dismissed me for over 6 years while I was in gastrointestinal pain daily. Went somewhere else and have not had a single problem since that was 4 years ago. Went in recently to discuss my symptoms (lots of fatigue etc) and have a thyroid test. Was told everything is “great.” Went to my normal GP at home who said they were way too high. My GP it a step further to look for antibodies that were causing the problem, and my antibodies were more than 23x the normal range. MPC had no problem dismissing my concerns, or interest in getting to the route of my problems, and this could have been much more detrimental for me had I just trusted them. Try caring about the whole person rather than soothing symptoms."
"I have been seeing Brooke Whitaker. I have been sick for two months and it seems as though she forgets who I am each time I see her. I called yesterday complaining of pain in my head and neck. My head feels like mush. She has no clue of the medications she put me on last week. She had no idea of the conversation of where the pain was that I was just seen for last week. I do not believe this person should be permitted to work in a medical field. I called immediately to switch physicians! I will never go back to this office. I was placed with Dr Porvaznik originally and was never able to actually see him."
"When I first started going they were awesome. But after my first visit they started to go down hill. My doctor was suppose to find a counselor for me and it has been six months and she hasn’t done a thing. Then I have been on medication and I just recently seen her and they want me to come in to get refills!! Very piss poor office!"
"I received 2nd degree chemical burns from Dr. Chris Lambert when he used a wart removing spray as a numbing agent on my wrist. When I told him over the phone that I had been burned by that spray, he said it couldn't possibly be a burn, because a burn would require heat; I'm guessing he has never heard of a chemical burn. I was then referred to several specialty doctors for my foot. The first couldn't see me until November, the 2nd couldn't see me at all, the 3rd one I wanted to switch with a different one (#4). So I received a call from #3 saying I had been referred for an appt and I had to tell them that should have been cancelled. I called Monroe Primary to find out what happened to Dr #4 and they had no record of it. I then received an e-mail a few days later saying I had an appt with Dr #1. I called Monroe Primary to find out why I had an appt with Dr #1 when I never scheduled anything with Dr #1. They said that one of the doctors at their office did that "out of the goodness of her heart" so I could "see someone sooner". The appt was for Mid-November, months away, so I'm not sure how that was helping. Eventually Monroe Primary understood that they were to cancel the appt that I had never authorized. I have been met with nothing but rudeness and contempt in my dealings with them ever since I commented that Dr. Chris Lambert had burned me. They are not capable of empathy and have no sense of urgency. I will be looking for a different care provider because I cannot trust anyone at Monroe Primary to do anything correctly."
