Beautiful apartments, clean facilities (besides for ongoing construction,) salt water pool, keyless entrances to buildings as well as apartments, locked package pick up area, and a sweet team of girls working the front office. The only reason I’m not leasing with Lavina is because I preferred the layout of a nearby apartment that had comparable rates and amenities."

"Who is honestly living here? They are brand spanking new. But this is just another example of how all apartments think 600 Sq Ft is worth 1400 plus. YOUNG ADULTS WHO WORK at CLAY TERRANCE MALL or anywhere needing employees can't afford to live near work... who is this for? People need to acknowledge the bladent wealth disparity. Good for you, if you can afford these apartments. They're not bad, but do your community a favor and stop giving large corporations and landlords your money. Ask yourself if even the apartment staff can afford to live by themselves in one of these units..."
