"My husband and I moved to City View several years ago. Although we have had some problems along the way, we have been very satisfied with the location, the staff as well as maintenance response. In comparison to other buildings in the neighborhood, City View is still among the very best. It is located across the street from the Red line, which makes a quick trip downtown very convenient without the hassle of driving and looking for a parking space. There has been a 360° shift with the current management that's effectively turning the place around. There are contests, fun activities. and a regular newsletter or email to keep everyone up to date on what's hapoening or not happening. There is a welcoming spirit that makes them very approachable. There has been a significant reduction in the number of strange people loitering in the building. The housekeeper is one of the hardest working individuals to be found. She manages to keep the building clean everyday and deserves her time off over the weekend. HOWEVER, this is when some residents seem to forget that this is their home as well. They tend not to care for the cleanliness of the elevators and the first floor. Monday mornings has to be her hardest day. Maintenance definitely gets our vote of approval. Any issue that we have had has been resolved as expeditiously as possible. It is inevitable that one or two persons caring for an old building of this size may not manage to complete a task immediately, but they do get it done. We have been very satisfied here and we maintain that anyone searching for a home should consider City View."

"Cityview was my ultimate pick when looking for a new place to call home. I reached out to management got the tour and I was sold.(Lbs) The building smells good 7/24 and the amenities plus the views is still a lot for me; I love it here and if your into quality comfort u would too .."

"Due to the well overdue and much needed change in the onsite property management team, there has been a noticeable and positive shift in the living experience here. I moved into CityView on May of 2023 and it almost seemed as if the tenants were running the place. From management hardly ever being in the office, to random/non-tenants roaming free throughout the building. Since then, the new management team (led by Kenzi & Rebecca) has showcased what it means to actually care about our living experience and treat the property as if it was home for them also. Management is now always present during business hours, maintenance response times are more feasible, public nuisance has decreased, and the staff is much more engaged with the residences. It's turned out to be a more pleasant experience, I hope others share the same sentiment!"

"I have been a resident for 2 years at CityView on meridian and there has been some bumps in the road in the past due to different management styles coming in and out but the new management has really been working hard to turn things around and it shows. Maintenance has been on top of getting work orders done and the office staff is very friendly and helpful. Even if they aren’t sure at the moment on how to handle an issue they are quick to come up with a resolution in a timely manner and the communication has changed tremendously. The sense of community has turned around and I’m excited to see the new things to come."

"I will not lie and say there aren't some problems with this being an older building, there are. But when you put in consideration the value you are getting it is nothing. The management staff is extremely friendly and willing to help work through whatever issues may arise. So it's not anything unbearable. There is not a place in this city where you will get the location, amenities, and space for such a price/value."
