"Nice Gym. It’s missing couple of rowing machines. Concept 2 it’s a very popular model among the rowing community and enthusiasts. It would be a great addition to the gym as I have seen at other Hilton locations."

"Stayed here for 3 days during GenCon 2023. The room was great. Large space, good bed, amazing spacious clean bath with everything included, TV, fridge and even a working desk. The only downside was a tiny, basically nonexistent window - though, it doesn't really matter since I didn't spend much time in the room. Hotel staff was professional and helpful."

"I worked with Kimberly and she helped me set up rooms for a group of people and everything went great. Check in was easy for everyone and I had zero complaints. We also rented the Circle City room for a cocktail hour with appetizers. Food was great and our bartender was very helpful and sweet. Hannah was at check in and she was so helpful, she even upgraded my room to a suite just because which was awesome since I was there for two nights. Beds were nice and comfy. This was across the street from where had our meeting so it was incredibly convenient. Parking was around $40 a night, but you could go in and out without paying each time. My only complaint was that the bar was completely full at 9pm and we had a large group in there and they told us we needed to leave and go to the other bar in the hotel. In my opinion if it is that early and the drinks being ordered then why shut down?"

"This location is gorgeous! The rooms are set up so that where you sleep is a pretty good distance from the hallway. Genius layout! All the staff were helpful, pleasant and seemed to care to give us the best service. I come from a service background. This counts a LOT. The cleaning was honestly pretty good, but some easy issues would be to remember to dust the windowsill as I could draw in the dust. I'm not a fan of generic hotel coffee either, but there is a restaurant downstairs and you can get in room service. I did not use that, but the restaurant did look inviting and clean. The location cannot be beat. Right smack in the middle of downtown Indy, plenty of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Valet parking was great and was not very expensive either. Just $10 more than parking so yes, I think I WILL thank you VERY MUCH!! I highly recommend this location."

"We had a perfect stay at the Downtown Indianapolis Hilton while in town for marathon weekend. The staff were very friendly upon check in and the room we were given was so big and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to welcome the marathon runners and even provided some free hospitality snacks on race day. We also really enjoyed the on-site bar for a couple drinks in the evening. The staff there were also so wonderful. Thank you so much and if we’re ever in town again, we will definitely be staying here!"
