"I recently had the unfortunate experience of residing at Hermitage Apartment, and I must say it was one of the worst living experiences I have ever had. The management and staff at this apartment complex were consistently rude, unhelpful, and showed a complete lack of professionalism. From the moment I moved in, I encountered numerous issues that were either ignored or handled with a dismissive attitude. The maintenance requests I submitted were often met with delays and half-hearted attempts at fixing the problems. It seemed like the staff couldn't be bothered to address the issues properly, leaving me frustrated and inconvenienced. Furthermore, the communication from the management team was abysmal. They were unresponsive to my inquiries and seemed disinterested in resolving any concerns I had. It was incredibly frustrating to deal with a team that showed such a lack of care for their tenants. The overall condition of the apartment complex was also disappointing. The common areas were poorly maintained, with trash often left uncollected and cleanliness being a constant issue. The noise levels were excessive, and it seemed like there was no effort made to enforce any sort of noise regulations. In addition to the poor management and maintenance, the apartment complex had a serious security issue. There were multiple instances of unauthorized individuals gaining access to the building, putting the safety and security of the residents at risk. Despite reporting these incidents, no action was taken to address the security concerns. Overall, my experience at hermitage apartment was extremely negative. The rude and unhelpful staff, lack of maintenance, poor communication, and security issues made it an unbearable living situation. I would strongly advise anyone considering this apartment complex to look elsewhere for a more professional and accommodating living environment."

"Love my apartment. But the amount of roaches crawling around after pest control became worse. It is really frustrating. Edit: Roaches have officially taken over my unit. So ready to leave this place! And when they ask to speak with you, its just courtesy. The problem does not get solved"

"I liked the apartment at first until I continued to deal with roaches. Pest control and constantly keeping the apartment clean was still no help with the issue. It’s embarrassing and gross. I never had to deal with an issue like this before. Rent is crazy high as there is no in-unit laundry, and at least for my apartment no already installed ceiling light fixtures. People constantly hanging in hallways and hallways being dirty. Walls are very thin."

"These apartments only have such a high rating because they’d ask for good reviews, and they’d deduct money from your rent. But the truth is they’re terrible. Lived there for YEARS. Nothing gets fixed. Maintenance was always in a rush, and had very short temper. The tub was put in and soon after mildew grew up the wall. They told us to “turn the bathroom fan on” but it was never fixed. The sink was consistently clogging and fixed many times. They never replaced any carpet but said they would . People leave trash in the building so the buildings stink. A month before we moved neighbors brought mice , and they came up into the apartment. The office staff is rude. They don’t care about anything you have going on, no remorse and don’t listen. The manager feels the need to overpower you when you talk. And disrespect. Rent is outrageous for not even havin a washer and dryer and rooms being the size of a walk in closet. I wouldn’t recommend at all."
