"An inexpensive lodging when you just need a nights sleep. The hotel is close to the interstate and to the main roads of Franklin, just a few minutes from downtown. Clean room with good water pressure and plenty of hot water in the shower. No frills, but none needed."

"Worst experience ever in my life for booking a room. We get in at 1am due to heading here from Missouri after we all got off work Friday around 5pm. We are headed to Indianapolis to see my father who is in the hospital dying of cancer in icu. We check in to our rooms tired from driving 7 hours and as soon as we open our door to the room and walk in the beds are unmade like someone just slept there and wasn't cleaned, dirty towel on sink. The room smelled bad. So we were upset all we wanted to do was go to sleep but wasn't about to sleep on a dirty used bed without clean sheets etc. So they put us in another room and wow is all I can say just look at the pics. It's like this is what you really rent out to paying customers. This is your standards. It speaks for itself. Just look at pics."

"The rooms are pretty dirty. The toilet had pee and hair all over it on the outside of the toilet, this was first thing I noticed when going into the room. The rooms are pretty small. The rooms with 2 beds are full size, not queen. The breakfast is very, very limited. The back door doesn't lock at all, so anyone can come inside the hotel at any hour they want without a key. I'm not one to usually complain and give the best review I can :( I think the price was a little too high for what you receive when staying here."

"Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed out. No hot water. We were told the reason that they did not have hot water is because they do their laundry at those hours. Well please find a better time then bed time when everyone needs a shower. Our heater made this awful noise every time it would turn on. It’s supposed to be a “non smoking” hotel but our room smelled like someone had smoked 300 cigarettes and we could not get the smell out. It was awful literally could smell our room from the hall. The people above us done nothing but jump around and be loud all hours of the night even after I asked the front desk to please say something it was that bad. The lady at the front desk did not even know what room it was and the problem was never dealt with. The pool was cold and nasty. We were supposed to stay 2 nights and checked out immediately the next morning. Do not waste your money to stay here."

"This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Water was freezing cold and when brought up the employee told us to shower at 11pm for warmer temps. Our bathroom light was not working so they put a lamp without the shade on the bathroom counter. This place smelt like a cigarette dipped in meth and smoked by a hobo after all you can eat fish night at the local hole in the wall bar. I’d rather stay outside in January and take my chances with the raccoons than risk my life in this cesspool."
